Hello everyone! Here are a few updates that the board has asked me to pass along. Keep an eye out for an upcoming newsletter as well.
- New Move Ins: We have several new homeowners in the community on both sides of 40th west. If you see someone you don't know, please reach out and welcome them
- Bangerter Construction Project: As you can see, the project is nearing completion. Unfortunately, UDOT has not provided any finalized information on our new retention/green space off Tippecanoe at this time. We have made several attempts to get this information, but we are continually being put off. However, in the interim, we have contacted a few contractors to get bids on finishing the new space. We will utilize this information to ensure that UDOT properly compensates us for the refinishing of the new space. Our goal is to ensure that the re-finish of the space does not fall on the HOA or the homeowners.
- Annual Meeting: The annual meeting will here before you know it. We are working on scheduling a location presently. More information will follow shortly.
- Community Reminders: As the weather changes, please make sure that you collect fallen leaves from your property in a timely manner so that they don't end up in your neighbor's yards. Also, once the snow flies, please remember to keep sidewalks and driveways clear. Further, remember that it is against city ordinances to park cars on the streets overnight if a storm is expected. Cars on the street impede snowplows ability to remove the snow. (and if the snow is deep enough, your car might become stuck behind a lot of street snow. Now that our kids are back to school and there is more traffic during the morning and afternoons, please be cautious when driving during these times to protect our kids. Also, be on the lookout for anything that appears suspicious or out of place. If you see something, don't hesitate to say something by contacting law enforcement.
